Who can enter the Promotion?

New Zealand residents who are aged 18 or over, who purchased and paid in full an eligible Bosch product within the Promotion Period.

What do I need to purchase, and how much Cashback will I receive?

When is the Purchase Period?

The Purchase Period commences at 12:01am NZST 01st May 2024 and ends at 11:59pm NZST 30th June 2024.

When is the Claim Period?

The Claim Period commences at 12:01am NZST 01st May 2024 and ends at 11:59pm NZST 31st July 2024.

What do I need to purchase to claim the Cashback?

Purchase an eligible Bosch home appliance from a participating retailer between 01st May 2024 and 30th June 2024 (inclusive).

What are the conditions for claiming the Cashback?

Multiple claims are permitted, subject to the following:

  1. only one claim permitted per purchase of an Eligible Product i.e. one Bonus per Eligible Product; and
  2. each claim must be submitted in accordance with the claim requirements specified in the Conditions.

Claim Documents must be received by the Promoter strictly by 31st July 2024. Claims received after this date will not be processed and no Bonus will be issued.

How do I claim the Bonus?

Register your claim online at by 31st July 2024.

In order to obtain the Bonus cashback, the Online Form must be completed in full, identifying the claimant’s name, postal address, telephone number, email address and the purchased Eligible Product’s model number, serial number, invoice/receipt number, the claimant’s nominated New Zealand bank account details and the name and location of the store where the purchase was made. Claims must include a copy of the original invoice which clearly shows the Eligible Product(s) purchased and paid for in full (balance owing $0) within the Promotion Period. Claims will not be accepted by post, email, fax or any other means.

How do I receive my Cashback?

The Bonus cashback will be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the claimant’s nominated New Zealand bank account within 60 days of validation of the claim, subject to the claimant’s completion of the Online Form.

Which products are not eligible?

Any project or commercial purchases, developments, trade seconds, scratch and dent stock, discount clearance or used stock.

Which purchases are not eligible?

Any lay-bys or similar arrangements (unless initiated and paid for in full during the Promotion Period with the balance owing showing $0.00), hire purchase or rental agreements, all purchases made directly from BSH Home Appliances Ltd and returned purchases.

What happen if I am waiting for the delivery of my Eligible Product?

Claimants who have purchased and paid for an Eligible Product in full, during the Promotional Period, but are waiting for delivery of the Eligible Product, will have until 30 November 2024 to provide the Eligible Product’s serial number. The Eligible Product’s serial number must be sent to by 30 November 2024.

I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your entry. You will not be able to submit your entry until all information has been correctly entered.
